Hi,
I am trying to send an email to multiple contacts from the search results in Outlook 2003 after searching via 'advanced find', but can not send an email to all the contacts in the result... Anyone know how to do this please?

Are you double-clicking on the contact to add it to the "To" field?

Yes, but that is just to send to one of the email addresses in the results, I want it so I can send ONE email to ALL of the email addresses the 'advanced find' search gives.

Then select all users and add them to the "To" field.

Click on the first name on the list. Hold down the Shift key and click on the last name in the list. Then, click "TO."

Are you clicking on Advanced Find in the Address book or somewhere else? You need to be more specific. How about a step-by-step of what you're doing.
