I have a client with one computer that Word 2000 Suddenly is missing The Save As feature in the File Menu along with the work count. I tried the obvious uninstall/reinstall with no luck. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Sounds like your normal.dot is corrupted. Delete it and the next time Word opens, it will rebuild it.
Also, under Tools, Custom... there is a command to add them back to the menu. Second tab over, I think.
