What is an *.rmr file? Is there an easy way to convert it into a PDF or Word document or something? I downloaded the RMR reader add in off the MS site, but it has a bunch of garbage when I open the file. Is there a better way?

Did you open the file in Microsoft Word and then convert it after installing the Reader add-in?

No, I tried to open it from Outlook and it wouldn't open. I then went to the MS site and downloaded the reader add-in and I opened Word and used the icon to open the file.
