I am a supervisor at a call center with approximately 250+ agents. I am trying to convince the site manager to allow the agents to have access to Outlook. We currently use the 2003 version. Here is my question:

Is there a way for them each to have their own accounts and only be able to send emails to key individuals within the center and among each other only? I do not want them to have access to the entire Global Address Book or send any external emails whatsoever...Is this a realistic option for our group and would it require each agent to have a roaming profile? Thanks in advance!

I'm no Exchange expert, but I believe there is an option to set restrictions within individual or group accounts.

I found these with a Google search:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/827616

http://www.amset.info/exchange/rest...

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/...

But, I'd start with the MS website or the Exchange Administration Manual received with the server software.
