I am a supervisor at a call center with approximately 250+ agents. I am trying to convince the site manager to allow the agents to have access to Outlook. We currently use the 2003 version. Here is my question: Is there a way for them each to have their own accounts and only be able to send emails to key individuals within the center and among each other only? I do not want them to have access to the entire Global Address Book or send any external emails whatsoever...Is this a realistic option for our group and would it require each agent to have a roaming profile? I'm no Exchange expert, but I believe there is an option to set restrictions within individual or group accounts. But, I'd start with the MS website or the Exchange Administration Manual received with the server software. Life's more painless for the brainless.
