I'm trying to restore Outlook 2003 to its original form. Uninstall/reinstall did not help. I just want to wipe out everything in Outlook (all the data, all emails) in order to start from scratch, but it does not seem to be letting me do that. When I open Outlook, in the left pane under All Mail Folders, Personal Folders is listed twice, but with different icons. I'm trying to get rid of that. I tried to delete the Outlook.pst folder but Outlook refuses to recreate it, so I am trying to figure out a way to start fresh with Outlook 2003.
