Someone sends me an email message with a Word attachment...
I open the attachment and modify it...
Now I want to reply to the original sender and send the modified Word attachment back to him...

jsut click the reply button and for attachments attacht he modified word doc and then send it

Therein is my problem...
I can click "reply"...open the Word document and modify it...then save it...
But when I send it back the attachment is not there...
It becomes "dis-attached"...:)...
Now...if I open the attachement, modify it, save it to my computer...then compose a NEW email to the original sender, I can then attach that "modified" Word document and resend it back...
I agree with you, it should work as you say...and I can't figgure out why it is not...
A setting someplace???
Anyone else???

Use the forward option instead of reply. You will need to re-enter their e-mail addy.
