Please be more specific about the names of your sheets. Does "rename 250 tabs OK1001, etc." mean OK1001, OK1002, up to OK1250?

Please be more specific about "number the individual sheets in a cell". What cell? What is the numbering sequence? What is the numbering format? etc?

The more detail you supply, the easier it is to give you an answer.
