Renaming folder in VB script

Specs: Windows 2003
I have a requirement of renaming an existing folder within another folder every time a new one is created in VB Script.

Path: "D:\TPP\DV2\data\DOC\data_out\COURIER\20090918"
Folder by name "BundleDeliveryCustomerPSfiles" is present with in the datefolder(20090918)
If folder by this name exists then it is to be renamed to "Archive"
Please help me with this as i am new to VBscripting.

Hi derby,
Thanks for the suggestion, but my requirement is to rename a folder not the file names present in the folder.
As in the example given earlier i need to rename the folder(BundleDeliveryCustomerPSfiles) present within the date folder("D:\TPP\DV2\data\DOC\data_out\COURIER\20090918")
to "Archive"

Please suggest a way forward on this...
