Remove quote marks in field text

Specs: XP, AMD 256MB
I'm creating a template for a business document and am inserting several
"MacroButton" fields within the document. In the Field Properties section
where I select "AcceptChangesSelected" for the Macro Name there is the option
of entering Display Text. My issue is that whenever I add display text, the
resulting text is displayed in the document with quotation marks around it (e.
g., "<Hospital Name>") even though I didn't add them. There must be some way
to remove these quotation marks because I have seen other documents that
others have created with the same field properties but no quotation marks.
Of course, when the user goes in and edits the field, the quotation marks
don't show up so it's not a HUGE issue, but it makes the template look more
professional without the quote marks.

What software are you using?

Oh, yeah, I guess that would help. Although since it is an Office forum I guess maybe I was thinking that most people would assume I'm talking about MS Word - but I suppose it could just as easily be Publisher or PowerPoint. But yes, it is Word.
