reminders popups in outlook

reminders keep popping up in outlook 03. i tried detect and repair, creating a new profile in outlook, ran outlook.exe / cleanfreebusy. none of this seems to work. reminders continue to pop even with no event. i can disable reminders but user needs this turns on any other solutions would be greatly appreciated

Are these meeting reminders or task reminders? Have you actually seen these blank reminders? Do legitimate reminders work? What is the user clicking on when receiving the reminders? Dismiss? Remind in a certain period of time?

some are task reminders some do not contain any information they pop up and then go away. im not able to dismiss or cancel etc... nothing is done besides outlook being open if i turn off the reminders then it works fine but the user needs the reminders turned on
