You would do this the same way you would with any other program. Add/Remove Programs and uninstall.
Then install on the other computer.

Office likes you to use the installation CD to uninstall it. (older versions anyway)

Also note that if you only have an OEM version of Office (which would have come preinstalled on your PC) you cannot legally transfer it to a new PC, even if you do uninstall it from the old one. If you have a retail (boxed) version you will be ok but it may need activating by phone.
