Can I reinstall Office 2003, Project 2003. etc. etc.?
Crash has forced deleting NTFS partition and doing a fresh
install of Windows XP Pro

As long as you have the CD with the programs you want you certainly can reinstall those programs. Once you get XP installed there is no reason why you wouldn't be able to.
