Hello all, I'm confident I'll have more help here than at microsoft and HP support centers. I'm on my second laptop due to a previous system crash, which means I'm on my third office 2007 home and office install due to the various restore and recovery steps in between. Unfortunately, even with this new laptop, I'm getting the "windows explorer not working" and after reading many posts and trying several things, will have to do use recovery manager. However, I'm afraid that if I do this, I won't be able to use office anymore since it's licensed for 3 installs. Does this mean that if I choose to recover to factory settings, I have to fork out $150 again? There's no phone number that shows when I pop in the office CD for me to call and I'm too cheap/upset to pay $59 for the answer. Thanks!
