1) Go to www.download.com and do a search for "record internet radio" or "record streaming audio"

2) StreamRipper32 2.5 seems to do exactly what you want. However, I couldn't get it to work. (Read the user opinions at download.com)

3) Maybe try some other programs.....

4) What follows is info I had emailed my brother to do what you want. (It's kind of complicated, but it works)

=========================================

Download Messer from http://www.webattack.com/get/messer.shtml

When you first run Messer, you need to configure it (see the config tab). I recommend using:
I. mp3 compression (stereo at 16 bit and 44100 Hz).
V. Also set a default file location
VIII. Query your sound imput device--use what your soundcard is. Query if unsure.
XI. and tell where lame_enc.dll is located.

When done, click back on the Recording monitor tab. A button saying MP3 Rec" should be enabled. If it isn't, try clicking the clock icon in the titlebar.

You will need to open RealPlayer and have the symphony/techo/whatever music playing. Messer records in real-time what is going/coming thru your soundcard. You can probably set a recording time in Messer, or simply click stop when you want to end recording.

As far as volume is concerned, open the full volume control. (One way is: Start / Run / sndvol32) Click options / playback / recording
You may need to set the recording source to "Stereo Mixer"

NOTE: Each minute of music takes up 3.3 MB with the mp3 settings I gave you.

You can also use a program such as musicmatch jukebox or total recorder to record while your internet radio is playing.
