I'm looking for software that I can purchase that will allow me to do a complete people search world wide. I want to be able to look up email addys,DMV records, birth certs, divorce records, marriage records, and so on. I have looked at Net Detective 8.0 and their international options are weak. I would prefer this software to be available for download upon payment like you can with Net Detective. The most important thing here is that the software have very strong international capabilities,to be completely honest it will be used to find two small children taken in an adoption gone very wrong. Thank you for any positive input.

um... i have you tried county tax sites? my brother has found a pretty good one for our county. perhaps you can find one on google. these things can find out alot or nothing, but if it's been put on the web, it'll have some stuff atleast. although, he might use other websites. as far as i know, the only person databases he uses are genealogy and tax sites.
