Every time I receive a word doc email on the particular guy in our company the word doc always need to repaired, but other emails are working perfectly. Only with this guy's word doc and only on my computer. when he sends to other people is perfectly fine.

Well try to ask the sender of the .doc files to scan his computer with an updated antivirus. Also ask him to compress the .doc to a .ZIP or .RAR see if that will work. Also ask him if he really know how to do a proper attach on his emails. He might be doing some thing wrong when he sends them.
