I've been using Outlook 2000 for email successfully for years. From ONE sender only, his attachments are not arriving. I receive attachments from others OK. If I use webmail to receive this sender's attachments, they arrive fine, but not when I use Outlook. Any ideas?

Strange behavior. I'd first check your Rules and see if there's anything configured there.
