Hello Is it possible for a cell in one spreadsheet "Book1" to display whatever I put into a cell in another spreadsheet "Book2"? If so, what is the formula please? Thanks :o)

Assuming your linked Workbook is called test, and the value you want in the otehr Workbook is from cell A1 on Sheet1, then: =[test.xls]Sheet1!$A$1 It's that simple. Then just update the links when prompted to...
