I have 3 computers in my office. All 3 has quickbooks on it, i would like to be able to access all files that we write in quickbooks from each computer. I would like them all stored in one location, so that when someone grabs the files...We are all grabbing and editing the most up to date files.
We are currently on a workgroup, i do not know the settings as to where to map the path in quickbooks. Could someone please help me.

If you want to have more than one copy of workbooks open and editing the same files at the same time you have to buy the multi-user pack.
If only one person at a time will open the file and then close it, you can use the normal File, Open and browse to the drive through Network Neighborhood to open the file.
Quickbooks will remember it. (The path.) But you cannot, again, have more than one person working on the file at any one time.
