Both files can be opened by QB's 2009. How do I move information from one file to the Company master file? Is there a drop and drag? Or can the two be merged? How to do it. j

Are you talking Quickbooks to Quickbooks?
I took your post to mean Quickbooks to Excel. Sorry.
Although I do not use Quickbooks, in my Quicken software there is both an Import and Export function on the Task Bar, under File. They both open to simple wizards that walk you through.
