We have a rather large Excel spreadsheet that we fill out ot run various reports at work. There 19 sheets per day + 1 for the week and all of them are in one document. I have gone in and totally revamped the document because we about tripled our employee base and have been reworking all the formulas for 2 days now. I finally finished and was going back and fixing some format issues so the reports I print look pretty for the higher ups when I yet again start seeing #REF in cells I had already corrected. (the document was saved after the changes made so I know it hasn't reverted back to an old copy.
What I'm wondering is since this document is so large if it could be a memory problem somehow I can't think of anything else. The comp they give me to work on is archaic at best (non ATX form factor) and I'm at my ropes end here been staring at the tiny little boxes for WAY to long 8*)
any way any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

maybe set in option / "to be updated on demand" instead of "automatically" .Same thing in links/option . Maybe ur machine's got enough time to set all up to date before closing...
