I have a HP designjet 500c printer set up as a local printer via a tcp/ip port. I can't print publisher 2003 docs on the printer though and can't figure out why. I can print a test page, word doc, and web page fine. I was able to convert a small publisher doc to a pdf and print that OK, but not larger publisher docs. I downloaded the drivers for the printer off from HP's webvsite. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

What happens when you send the print jobs to the printer? How large are the files? Can you print to other printers?

Printing to other printers is not an issue in this case. They are trying to print a banner from a 24" wide roll printer. The publisher jobs just hang there, actually creating two jobs and instead of saying printing say deleting. Some of the pdf jobs act like they are going through the que and disappear, and don't print anywhere, yet some other smaller pdf files will print. One job that wouldn't print was 240 KB .pub.
