Hi folks.
I have 4 rooms with the above machines and all with the same problem. Whichever printer I set as 'default', Publisher is quite happy and prints OK. If however, I go to File > Print and change the printer to the one that isn't the default printer, I get an error 'Publisher cannot continue printing because of an error. Press F1 for help'
F1 gives no clues. I have Googled for this error and not found any results that are relevant.
Any ideas???
Many thanks.
Chris

I'm glad it wasn't just me that was puzzled. For info, if anyone was watching this thread, I have found the answer.
On my network all the printers have a share name (of course) and they also have a printer name that makes more sense to the user than the share name. In Publisher, it seems, (no other Office application) the share name has to be the same as the printer name. I have tested this by changing the printer name to the share name and all is OK, change it back and I have the same error. I have done this in all rooms (which are in different OU's).
Hope this may be of some use to somebody else.
Chris
