Hi All,

I am looking to share out an archive.pst file to a number of users on a network. I have set up the share with the correct permissions and also the .pst file has been created. I have noticed only 1 user can access the archive file at any time. While the arhive file is open in Outlook, another user cannot access it.

Is this just the way Outlook is set up or is there any way around this?

Cheers in advance.

You didn't say what version you're running, but you could use NetFolders with Outlook 98 and Outlook 2000.
