I have a .pst outlook file. when i configure it it asks for a personal folder password. how to remove or track or retrieve the personal folder mails data? is there any tool or any registry corrections?

The pst file is only password protected if it's been set up that way. It's not an automatic type thing.. If a pst file is password protected, you can't even view it without entering the correct password.
If this is a file that you're starting to use, and you haven't actually configured it or used it, just delete it and start again.
