Does the pst file contain the contacts folder or is that located in a different file???

I am referring to the contacts that when you have the "folder view" open on the side, it shows up under Personal Folders...

I wipped W2K off my C drive and installed XP and Office 2003...I had a bunch of pst files that I saved, but none of them have any of my contacts...

thanx our help
Steve

Steve,

Contacts as an Outlook Address Book are saved in the pst file. If you have then in a Personal Address Book, then they're in a pab file, and not included with the pst.
