U R G E N T ! Hello people, I have a problem that needs to be solved A.S.A.P. I have recently formatted by computer and re-installed office 2k. I backed up my .pst file and made 3 copies of it just to be certain.I have imported the .pst back into Microsoft outlook and have discovered it has backed up everything: contacts, tasks, notes, even deleted items. The problem is it has not backed up any of my appointments, or anything in 'calendar'. Looking at the calender it has my next 2 months in bold, as though there are appointments in there, but has not saved anything. I am a physio and cannot book any appointments because i have no idea who i have booked in for the next 2 weeks.

I have tried using various office recovery tools such as scanpst.exe, outlook recovery, none have worked. I have also spent endless time on this website searching for similar problems. I am not sure what i have done wrong or what to do to fix it.

If anyone can help me use can. I would be in your dept forever. Thanks for the suggestions. Anthony

Have you installed the latest office Service packs first.

then you should be able to go file, open, other users data file and point it to your backed up PST. this will open up on the left. See if your appointments are there ?

Let me know
