Proofing tools and Word

I am running Office XP with the XP Proofing Tools. I have installed the Chinese and Japanese language packs, but everytime I open a word document, the Proofing Tools "Windows Installer" window runs with a message "Please wait while Windows configures Microsoft XP Proofing Tools".
Does anyone know how I can get rid of this message...?
