Has anyone ever seen the message "A program is trying to access email addresses stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this? If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should choose "No""?

It happens everytime you try and create a new email message on one machine only. We have tried running AdAware, and removing everything from the startup.

Anyone come across this before?

Thanks a lot,

You need to try Spybot and Trojan Remover as well as they find differant things to Adaware. Make sure you update them & Adaware after you download them. The basic download does not contain the latest files. Also run a virus check..after you've updated your virus files.

Go to http://www.mapilab.com/outlook/security/
You can download a free program there that solves the problem.

Hi,
It happened after Installing Acrobat6. To remove the error had to run setup again and select modify, under create pdf unselected Microsoft outlook. It worked for me.
