1. it's taking like 5 minutes to open and about my internet explorer because everytime i tab it takes anywhere from 30sec to 1 min to tab and move on to the next field to type. i formatted my comp a few months ago and installed norton on my computer. as per the helpful hint of someone from this board and installed another virus protection (which by the way i am much happier with! :) but it hasn't helped the tabbing problem or outlook problem. any other suggestions?

I see you only have 64 mb of RAM, an upgrade would more than likely solve your problem. Also try defragmenting your drive.
