Hi, when merging from excel to word, the format of date gets mixed . i.e. in the excel sheet the day is dd/mm/yy and when merging to word it changes to mm/dd/yy... any help? 10x

In Word, try, on the Task Bar, Insert, Date and Time, it should offer you a small menu of different formats. Pick the one you like and press the Default button at the bottom. MIKE http://www.skeptic.com/
