problem opening word 2003

Hello. In the last days i have a problem opening word.When i try to open it i get th message: "Microsoft Office Word 11.0 There is not enough memory or disk space to run Word." I am using winXP and office 2003 i tried to install it again,but it didn halped. Can someone tell me what can i do to solve the problem?

This may be due to a corrupt NORMAL.DOT file. It is the personal defaults file for Word, and is safe to delete, as it will be re-created next time you open Word.
Do a search for normal.dot, and delete any found.

Did you find two copies of normal.dot ? One in Office folder, and one in Documents and Settings ? You must delete both of the files, then reboot your computer.

I only found one file in documens and deleted him.then reboted my computer but it didnt helped.
