Comment: A problem has arisen after using Word 2000 for several years. Now every time it opens, I get the message "Microsoft Word for Windows has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." The error report shows: AppVer: 9.0.0.2717 ModName ms09.dll ModVer. 9.0.0.2720 Offset 000824e. Anyone have any suggestions on how fix this problem? billdee
