Comment:

I am currently trying to open up .rtf files on a particular site. The file will eventually open but is very slow & then when closing the file , my computer will stall & eventually lock up. I have installed the necessary updates for " Office 2003 " & still no change. Can someone please tell me how this problem can be rectified. The site in question is : - http://www.graq.org.au/graq5/result...
Thanks,
MLOR.

Have you contacted the site asking if other people have this issue?

Sometimes we find our users complaining that a site has a pdf which kicks them out of Citrix... 9/10 when it happens, albeit it infrequently, its a corrupt pdf file.... so maybe there is something wrong with this .rtf

You could try saving it to your machine, and opening in Word, you can change the file extension, open it in Wordpad...
