Hi, I want to print an email sent to my Outlook (2003). With some emails, I find that it only prints the body of the email, not the header which contains the sender/recipient details. Most of my emails it prints the whole lot, which is what I need. Any idea what could be causing it or what settings I could look at to check/change? Thanks!
What details do you mean? The From field, or do you mean the entire header? What version of Outlook is she running? Is she opening the message first, or just printing it from the Inbox while viewing the content in the Reading Pane?

Hi - opening the email and printing from the email itself, and the details that are missing are the Sender, the recipient, the data/time the email was sent, the email subject, and the file names of any attachments.
