Hi,
My friend has set up russian in word 2000, so that he can switch from english to russian as he pleases depending on which language he wants to type the letter in.
When he comes to print out the russian letter it comes out in english. But he wants it typed out as it is on screen in russian. When he transfers the same document into wordpad it prints okay (russian). So it cannot be his printer.
Why is this, I have tried the same with my word 2000, and I don't have any problems printing out russian charecters, as what I see on screen.

There are a problem with cyrillic fonts. Solution with small losses: to find in printer settings a kind of "Send TruType fonts as bitmap" and check it.
