One of my users is running windows xp sp2 and is running outlook 2003. When she tries to print an email it cuts off about a third of the email. The printer is on the network. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting and still didn't work. This user can print her emails perfectly on all other printers on the network. Please advise if there is a fix for this..
