I would like to print a column from an Excel spread sheet, which contains written responses to a particular question in a survey.
The problem is, each reply is shown in one long continoues line, and so when printed, only a small portion fits on the page.

How do I print the writing in an Excel column so that it fits the page?

1) Select the colum by clicking the letter for that column at the top.

2) From the toolbar select Format<Cells. On the Alignment tab place a checkmark in the Wrap Text checkbox.

3) Go to print preview and click the Margins button. Rezise the column to fit the page.

4) Print it
