Comment:

I have an excel document with many merged cells. I would like when it prints to automatically make the page breaks between non-merged cells. Right now I'm having problems with the merged cells being split between two pages. I know I can manually change the page breaks, but the document is a checklist that will have new data entered in often, so it would have to be changed every time it is printed out.

Thank you for your help!

I'm not sure if this will work for you but give it a try...

If you go to View...Page Break Preview, you can drag the page breaks to where you want them and they should stay where you put them even if you add or delete rows.

For example if you put the page break above a merged cell and then delete a row above the merged cell, the entire merged cell will stay below the page break.
