You can select between TAB or COMMA delimited fields.

The file is called a "Text Delimited" file format which means
that it has spaces between each column. The best thing to do
is to open it with EXCEL. There will be a few questions at the
beginning of the import, just follow the defaults. Once it is in
Excel, you can happily "Warp Text on the first two columns,
change the font to Arial and size 8. Setup the page for
Landscape, widen the margins, center the page... etc etc...
and eventually you should end up with about 4 to 5 pages and
nice formatted list of the services.msc. Save the resulting file
as a proper Excel Workbook to preserve all the formatting you
will have done. Even add a touch of colour if you want.
