Print one page in Outlook 2007??

OS: Win XP Pro
CPU/Ram: XP 3000 + 768MB

When I go to print an e-mail in Outlook 2007 the different page number options I get are All, Odd or Even. Anybody know how I can select just one page please?? It's drivin' me fookin crazy!!!

A possible two step solution. If you have a print to file print driver. Use it. Then edit the print file and select the desired page.
