Trying to print out a blank form in access, I've searched all the archives I can get to online, here, microsoft, entire internet & still have found no answer to what seems like a very simple task. Any ideas?
ThanksPenny

How about creating a blank entry in the database, then use that entry so no fields are populated in the form.

File, Print will print any form. I guess I just don't understand the question. Does this form have a field list and you just want to print the form design without any data in the fields?

exactly! no data just a blank form so a client can write in the info, it sounds easy but so far I've had no luck.

i've tried to go to the very last record that is basically a new record & print from there & it prints out every last record unless I cancel print. Thanks for the help.

So you want to print a form that's already been created, with field lists on it, but no data? So it's not really a blank form?
Life is more painless for those who are brainless.

yes, I guess? Just a blank form to allow a human to write down info on. I thought there was a way to do this but I've checked online helps & done searches everywhere & still haven't gotten it to work? I've taken advanced classes in access but it was a couple years ago & have obviously forgotten some things. Any help is appreciated.

Not sure if this helps but the way I'd work around this is to right click on the form and "Save As". Then select "report" from the As type. This makes a report that looks like the form. Then make a button to print this report from the form.
The other thing I's also do is to remove any colour from the reports background to save printing costs.Jeff
