I've created a form in outlook to prevent recipients from being able to forward or reply all, but i also want them to to not be able to print the email or copy the contents

Has anyone got any ideas?

I don't think that's possible unless you convert it to pdf in Adobe and protect it.

The most obvious solution is not to send email in the first place if you don't want it forwarded or copied via the keyboard PRT SCR (Print Screen) key and pasted into a word processor.

By the way, even MS Office IRM (Information Rights Management) have its own limitations (look HERE to read what it cannot prevent).

Even if you came up with a way to prevent me from printing the email from within the app, I would just use one of the many free screen capture programs to copy the email and paste it into Word or some other app and print it from there.

And please don't suggest that I can't install a screen capture app on a locked-down corporate image, 'cuz I'll just use a portable app:

P.S. I will keep an eye on my mailbox for it to arrive.
