I know there is a way to take a screen shot of your monitor (such as a web page), so it can be used in Power Point. I believe it is through a software program.

Any ideas?

thanks

further to taxi's comment above:

Ctrl + PrintScreen does the whole screen

Alt + PrintScreen does the active window

Or - search Google for "IfranView". An amazingly versatile free, small, neat and simple graphics package which has a screen capturing utility so you can then save your captures down as jpegs or whatever to reduce the size.
