In my database I have a table in which there is an expiry date field. What i would like to know is if there is any way of getting a message to popup automatically when ever a date expires. I know how to make queries that find records where the date has expired but i dont know how to make it pop up a message every time it does (if this is even possible) can anyone help me

Go into Access help and in the answer wizard type 'create message box' and this should give you 2 options, one by using a macro the other using VBA.
