Hi. I'm a college student who has been reliant on the email service the college provides. I'm about to graduate soon and as a result they will be removing my access to their email services. I rely on IMAP because I usually use an software, like Thunderbird or OE, to read mail, but I also use the web interface a lot at the same time and something like POP3 (from Gmail) would not work. I need about 100MB of space and maybe 100MB or more of bandwidth a month. I'm just wondering if anyone can recommend a service that I can switch to, which I'll probably have to pay. I've only looked at Fastmail, and their user interface is a bit iffy.

I don't use IMAP, and I'm sure you have your reasons for only wanting to use that. You can use POP accounts on both Thunderbird and OE (Outlook, Eudora, Pegasus, etc.) However, I searched for "Free IMAP Mail Services" on Google and found this:
