I'm sure this is an easy answer for someone but i cant get it to work somehow. I have created a pivot table (have tried in both in Excel 2000 and Excel 2007), with a range of columns of data.

What i would like to do is add to the bottom of this range of data, and have that update the pivot table automatically. I have tried using the refresh button in the pivot table options, but it dosent seem to work.

Any ideas what i'm doing wrong?

Thanks

Confused,

I personally became tired of using pivot tables in Excel. It was counterintuitive and didn't give me flexibility to do things like refresh, or importing from multiple datasources into one pivot table. I use a program called numberGo Publisher. You should be able to Google it and find it easily. I think this is exactly what you need.

Regards.
