Nice people, I have a wavecom gsn/gprs modem that I would like to read/write to using a php application.I need php code that will set the modem parameters such baud rate (115200), parity, bit length, etc and then establish a connection to the modem through, say com3 on the serial port, After the connection, I would be glad to be shown how the modem's AT COMMANDS could be embedded into the php to control the modem.For example the command AT + CMGL ="ALL" lists all the short messeges (SMS) on the particular port (modem) and AT + CMGF = 1 changes the modem text mode from DPU mode to TEXT mode. Further, AT+CMGW is used to send sms. Iam able to do this in the hyperteminal but please somebody kindly show me how to do this in php. I would be glad to work in TEXT mode and not DPU mode.
