PC doesn't recognize additional mail account

Specs: Windows 7
I used to be able to forward, reply to, or send email to another account in Outlook, but now when I send or forward, the mail comes to my (admin.) mailbox. What is going on?

Using Outlook 2007. My computer is acting like it does not recognize the additional email account.

You said "When I send or forward...." Do you mean when you receive email to that account? Perhaps you could clarify that.

In Outlook, Tools, Account Settings. Is the second account listed? If so, click on it and look at the option below that reads "Change Folder." Where does that point? If it's the same location for which the other account is configured, then there's your answer.
