Hi there...I am doing an assignment on MS word 2007 which also contains many photogrpahs taken from a camera. I have numbered all my pages, however I am not able to print the photographic pages with its numbered pages ( such as 5 of 21 etc). This happens to all my pages with photographs, the page number just does not print?? Can any body please help with this???

Hi, I tried this with a two page document. The second page included a picture (Insert Picture From File). Page numbering was in a footer and entered with autotext Page x of y. In Word 2007 I printed the full document and the page numbers Page 1 of 2 and Page 2 of 2 printed. How big are your photographs - Is it possible that the image is covering the whole page and is hiding the page numbers. Are the page numbers visible on the screen before printing Regards

Did you use the page numbering feature in the footer or did you manually typed the numbers at the bottom of the page? re: the photographic pages Please describe the "the photographic pages". How were they created - Were the pictures pasted in? Did you use Insert...Picture..from file? Are they full page pictures? One picture or multiple pictures per page? Finally, when the page numbers do print, do they skip "the photographic pages" or are there gaps in the numbering? In other words, which of these do you get? Page 5 of 21...photographic page...Page 6 of 21 or Page 5 of 21...photographic page...Page 7 of 21
